Comments and complaints

If you are not satisfied with our services, we would like to hear from you. We encourage you to first contact our customer service team so we can resolve any misunderstandings and help you further.

If you have already been in contact with customer service and still wish to make a complaint, you can do so in writing by email to our Complaints Officer. We aim to respond to complaints as soon as possible, and you will normally receive a reply within 14 days. If we need more time to investigate your case, we will inform you within this timeframe.

If, after contacting our Complaints Officer, you are still not satisfied with our decision, you may refer your case to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), which reviews disputes between private individuals and companies free of charge. You also have the right to have your case examined by a general court.

You can also receive independent guidance from the Swedish Consumers’ Banking and Finance Bureau or from your local municipal consumer advisory service.
